As we approach the final miles of 2022, IBASA Board and Management would like to thank all our members, partners, and stakeholders for walking the year-long journey with us. On the 1st of December 2022, IBASA had an AGM whereby new board members were elected and these board members will be introduced to the Members in January 2023. IBASA also embarked on a Governance review process which relooked at the existing policies to ensure that they are aligned with current Governance rules and trends, and other policies have been added which will be shared with members, more details are in the Managing Director and Interim Chair’s reports which were parts of the AGM packs.
We look into the year 2023 with optimism and strong determination to continue playing our role in the ecosystem, serving our members in line with our mandate while engaging with our partners and stakeholders.
IBASA will be closing the office on the 20th of December 2022 and re-opening on the 9th of January 2023.
